I'm not here to move inventory. I'm here to solve problems with really good gear and three decades of pattern recognition about what actually works.

You know what happens when a supplier gets stuck with 10,000 breastplates nobody wants? Suddenly there's "new training" about why you need this exact design, complete with anatomical drawings that are... generous with accuracy. The product dictates the education instead of the horse's actual needs driving the solution.

That's retail-first thinking. I work the other way around - starting with your horse's needs, not my product list. Sometimes that means selling you something. Sometimes that means talking you out of a purchase.
